Parafriendly Taekwondo
Para-Taekwondo is an adaptation of the sport of Taekwondo for athletes with an impairment.

Taekwondo fighters are divided into multiple sport classes depending on the nature and degree of impairment.
​
At the Pinoy Taekwondo Center, the classes will only be open only on Fridays, once a week, from 10AM – 12PM.
​

Classes include several categories under 2 types (Koreogi & Poomse).

Poomse (P) means Forms

P10 – includes athletes with Vision Impairment

P20 – includes athletes with Intellectual Impairment

P30 – includes athletes with Neurological Impairment

P40 – includes athletes with Physical Disabilities (Forms)

K40 - includes athletes with Physical Disabilities (Sparring)

P50 - includes athletes using Wheelchairs

P60 - includes athletes with Hearing Impairments (Forms)

K60 - includes athletes with Hearing Impairments (Sparring)

P70 - includes athletes with Dwarfism
